How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery across India typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may occasionally take a little longer.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available at checkout for eligible pincodes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to check your shipment status.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or items that have been opened and used.
How do I raise a return?
Email us at rawformsupport@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Do your products contain medical or clinical ingredients?
No. Our products are hair care products, not medical treatments. Ingredients are listed on each product page.
